Job Description
Foursquare Healthcare is hiring a Litigator & Real Estate Attorney to manage a portfolio of secured assets. This role operates with a clear mandate: secure assets, enforce rights, and protect capital. We offer a compensation structure that rewards outcomes, pairing a $100k base with a performance bonus that targets total compensation at $200k. You will report directly to the CFO in our Rockwall office.
Qualifications
Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
Experience with residential title work and closing documents.
Experience
Background in hearings, motions, or trials.
Demonstrated ability to view legal issues through a financial lens.
Responsibilities
Draft and review Promissory Notes and Deeds of Trust.
Manage lien enforcement and foreclosure proceedings.
Represent the company in court to protect assets.
Review residential title commitments to assess risk.
Handle probate claims and real estate security instruments.
